Welcome to the ClapSeek application (the “App”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Alpha Mobile Net. By downloading, installing or using the App on Android (Google Play) or iOS (Apple App Store), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ClapSeek is an application designed to help users locate their devices by detecting clapping or whistling sounds. The App may include:
(1) The App is intended for users aged 16 or above. If you are under 16, please do not use the App.
(2) By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you will comply with these Terms.
To provide core features, the App may ask for the following permissions on Android or iOS:
If you deny these permissions, some features may not work. You can change permissions anytime in your device settings (Android or iOS).
(1) The App may offer paid features such as removing ads or unlocking extra modes.
(2) On Android: payments and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details.
(3) On iOS: payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store (In-App Purchase). We do not receive or store your Apple billing details.
(4) All billing, renewals, price changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to the rules of the platform you purchased on (Google or Apple).

The App may display ads from third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob, AppLovin, Vungle, Pangle, Meta Audience Network, InMobi) to support free usage. These partners may collect or use device identifiers for ad performance, frequency capping, or personalization.
By using the App, you understand that ad providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
When using the App, you agree that you will not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
All content in the App, including but not limited to code, UI, icons, text, images and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Alpha Mobile Net and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We care about your privacy. Please read our separate Privacy Policy for details on how we process information on Android and iOS, including microphone and flashlight access.
(1) The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
(2) We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be compatible with every Android or iOS device / OS version.
(3) We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to grant necessary permissions (e.g. microphone) or by third-party services (e.g. Google Play, Apple App Store, ad networks).
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in features, platform policies (Google / Apple), or legal requirements. Updates will take effect once published in the App or on our website. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should uninstall or stop using the App. Continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside or where the App is made available, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law. Any dispute shall first be resolved by friendly negotiation; if that fails, it may be submitted to a competent court in your locality.
